HR Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

• The HR Intern assists in maintaining employee information, managing personnel data, and organizing archive materials.  
• They support internal communication efforts by organizing employee discussions and communication sessions.  
• The intern aids HR colleagues with daily tasks, including arranging recruitment interviews and handling logistics for training.  
• They perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR manager, such as summarizing information and archiving personnel records.  
• This role reports to the HR Business Partner and is part of the Human Resources department.

About You

• Candidates should be junior or senior undergraduate students majoring in journalism, law, or human resource management.  
• Proficiency in written English is required.  
• An outgoing personality, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset are essential.
