R&D Quality Intern (Start ASAP)

Join ABB as an R&D Quality Intern to support quality management and drive sustainable solutions.

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Ensures the quality management system functions effectively and involves organizational members in advising and implementing changes.
• Supports R&D agile teams in applying the quality management system and ensures adherence to mandatory processes, procedures, and standards.
• Assists in quality management system training events, including video editing and content translation.
• Coordinates external functional safety audits and follows up on audit findings.
• Aids process owners in defining, maintaining, and communicating process changes.
• Supports the continuous improvement team in driving innovation and communication in functional safety development processes.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s student with good communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Demonstrates good leadership and conflict management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
• Fluent in written and spoken English/Chinese.
• Proficient in office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps and Microsoft Power BI.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
