Corporate Social Responsibility at AECOM New Zealand

It's mainly within the teams but many people go on it. I think it should be encouraged more

We have CSR leave that refreshes every year.

You get 1 day leave to do CSR work.

CSR intiatives are great, there is almost always something going on which is exciting.

Good opportunity to help out communities; however, I think AECOM should drive this more as a lot of people in the office still haven't done anything for CSR.

Lots of volunteering/donation matched opportunities. It is up to people to voluntarily organise these things but they are supported to do so if they wish

Not very familiar with the company's commitment to CSR on projects or initiatives.

We have several policies in place for our CSR, one in particular is all employees are given a day of leave to volunteer. In our office this is mostly used for managing a reserve that our office has sponsored. This involves wedding, planting and managing pests at the site.

Yeah pretty good. Lots of initiatives like movember, volunteer days, pink ribbon, etc,etc.

Volunteer days and we held a day for the Wonder Project, allowing a class of intermediate kids to come to the office and learn about what we do as a company.
