Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for technology research and development in the field of machine learning and deep learning, Including but not limited to neural network model design and optimization, reinforcement learning, migration learning, active learning, dimension reduction, kernel methods, spectral methods, feature extraction and sparse learning, hierarchical learning, recommendation, stochastic optimization, etc. Algorithm and system development, etc
- Responsible for the exploration and research of cutting-edge issues in machine learning, especially deep learning, and providing comprehensive technical solutions in combination with future practical application scenarios
- Responsible for providing solutions for distributed algorithm implementation, greatly improving the calculation scale and performance of algorithms
- Responsible for providing big data analysis and modeling solutions, depositing industry solutions, and assisting in expanding business boundaries
Position Requirement
Basic Qualifications:
- Familiar with commonly used machine learning algorithms, excellent engineering implementation capabilities in related fields such as pattern recognition, deep learning, and reinforcement learning, and proficient in at least one programming language such as C/C++, Java, and Python
- Good quality in mathematical analysis and a foundation in mathematical statistics
- Good data sensitivity and strong logic analysis ability
- Have strong learning ability, be curious about new things, and be able to quickly adapt to the new environment
- Good communication skills and teamwork ability; Can cooperate with others to achieve goals together
- Passion for the field, good at independent thinking and reflection summary
Preferred Qualifications:
- Those who have practical results and published in top international conferences and journals are preferred; those who have achieved excellent results in authoritative competitions such as KDDCUP, ImageNet, MSCOCO, and ICDAR are preferred
- Those who have experience in deep learning, development experience under Linux, experience in large-scale data processing are preferred
