Job Description
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Keep up with the latest trends in natural language processing technology in the industry, in-depth research and development, and strive to innovate the knowledge base, lexical, syntactic, semantic, document analysis, deep learning, machine translation, intelligent dialogue, and other technologies related to natural language processing, including the proposal of novel algorithms/models, the actual development of modules, the access to natural language processing platforms, and the release of high-level R&D results in the form of papers/patents;
- Understand the relevant business scenarios and requirements of the application of natural language processing technology, consider the particularity of business scenarios based on the core of natural language processing technology, and then appropriately adapt to business needs;
- In addition to core technology research and development, it will also appropriately participate in specific NLP-related businesses. For example, the understanding of text content, multilingual and multimodal translation and communication of business scenarios, search query analysis, semantic analysis and intent understanding of intelligent dialogue, semantic understanding of product reviews, structural analysis of content search recommendations, and tags for product search recommendations System, text analysis of social Q&A, scene customization of intelligent customer service, etc.
Position Requirement
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent engineering skills, proficient in at least one language such as C/C ++, Java, Python, Perl, etc.
- Experience in at least one of the current mainstream deep learning platforms, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, mxnet, etc.
- Familiar with the principles and algorithms of deep learning and common machine learning algorithms, able to skillfully use clustering, classification, regression, sorting, and other models to solve challenging problems, and have practical experience in big data processing;
- Have a strong thirst for knowledge and enthusiasm for related technologies in the field of artificial intelligence;
- Have a good foundation in mathematics, good English reading ability;
- Strong learning ability, curiosity about new things, ability to quickly adapt to new environments, team awareness, and good cooperation with others, preferably with experience in teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in one or two underlying technologies in the field of natural language processing, with actual results published in top international conferences and journals on natural language processing
- Achieved excellent results in relevant natural language processing competitions
