Job Description
- Collaborate closely with Mentors to write customer-oriented technical documentation for products, following the group's technical content specifications and standards. This includes but is not limited to, product introductions, user operation guides, tutorials, best practices, troubleshooting guides, development guides, API/SDK references, etc
- Conduct research and analysis to gain user insights and develop content improvement plans to enhance the quality of technical documentation
- Participate in content development project management with Mentors, collaborating with product managers, R&D engineers, test engineers, interaction designers, product operations, and other roles to ensure the smooth operation of projects
- Provide necessary sample code in technical documentation to help customers better understand product capabilities
- Other tasks related to technical documentation
Position Requirement
Basic Qualifications:
- Have a fast learning ability, able to quickly absorb technical writing expertise, master knowledge of cloud computing-related products, and understand complex technical concepts and principles
- Familiar with computer principles, computer networks, operating systems, data structures, and algorithms, have programming skills, and familiar with at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills, able to write technical documentation that is easy to understand from the user's point of view, and able to maintain smooth communication with colleagues in various roles
- Have a down-to-earth work attitude and strong time management skills
- Good English reading and writing skills, with a level of CET-6 or above
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have relevant experience in the field of cloud computing
