Job Description:
Amazon’s Direct Fulfillment team is seeking team members who are enthusiastic about the customer experience and interested in tackling the world's most challenging logistics and supply chain problems. Amazon is looking for a Business Analyst to join a team that identifies, creates, develops, and integrates innovative solutions that lead to improvements in the Direct Fulfillment transportation network worldwide.
Key Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate is passionate about customer experience and strives for operational excellence
It would help if you were comfortable working with ambiguities, and adept at learning new tools and systems, in a fast-paced environment that requires you to be detail-oriented and work with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage the day-to-day interactions with business partners in worldwide operations, product, and technology teams with a focus on continuous improvements in transportation performance, capacity, and cost through transportation configurations
Support projects relating to transportation network expansion and improvements
Design, develop, and implement solutions to more effectively utilize technical configuration and automation to deliver tangible operational and customer benefits
Deliver results through extensive cross-functional integration with multiple Amazon internal technology and business execution teams
About you
Basic Qualifications:
Current Master’s class / Bachelor's class 2021 and is going for graduate study in Beijing
Able to work 4+ days per week throughout the internship
Solid project management skill
CET-6 550+
Good at English communication
Outstanding in reading and writing
General technical propensity
Willing to get exposed to analytical/programming technologies
Experience in data analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in Business School
TOEFL 105+ or IELTS 7.5+
GMAT/GRE Analytical Writing 4.5+
Experience in at least one markdown language (e.g. LaTeX)
Familiar with SQL
Experience in data visualization
Familiar with mainstream data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
