About The Team: 

Amazon Web Services Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) are responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including the public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. 

About you

Basic Qualifications:

• Current students, who are pursuing Master's Degrees and able to commit to attending internship from Sep 2024 to Jan 2025
• Expected graduate from Feb 2025 to Nov 2025
• Proactive and eager to learn new knowledge
• Proficient English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, CET6 or above
• Have a keen interest in cloud computing sales and sales management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related science/technical fields are preferred
• Great passion for high-tech and the internet industry
• Strong analytical and communication skills, sense of ownership, and dive-deep

Training & development

As a Business Development Representative Intern, you will receive comprehensive training in AWS business, technical, soft, and sales skills training. You will immerse yourself in the world of cloud computing, cultivating business acumen, honing your presentation delivery skills, and gaining a deep understanding of Amazon's culture. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience working on real sales cases and business projects, both individually and as part of a team. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to attend professional development events.

Career progression

Upon successful completion of the internship, outstanding interns will receive a full-time offer to join the AWS Sales Trainee program, a 2-3 year sales-oriented program that includes customer assignments. This program will further develop your sales expertise and prepare you for a rewarding career in the dynamic field of cloud computing sales.
