Business Ops Specialist (Start ASAP)

Your role

In this role:

• You will have ownership of analytics development to complex questions and you’ll play an integral role in strategic decision-making.
• You should have excellent business and communication skills to be able to work with business owners to understand business challenges & opportunities and to drive data-driven decisions into process & tool improvement together with the business team.
• Above all, you should be passionate about how insights can be used to improve both the Customer and Seller experience of selling across borders.

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field.
• Proficiency in English is strongly desired.
• Excellent communication skills with a teamwork spirit.
• Experience with SQL or equivalent data analytical tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly pick up the relevant system tools.
• Self-starter with strong learning capabilities, capable of working well under high pressure.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field.
• Master in data processing, automation and optimization, experience in scripting (e.g. Python) and data visualization.
• Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
