Data Center Technical Support / Data Center Operation and Maintenance Technical Support Engineer Internship (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Support the management and maintenance of critical server and network equipment in data centers.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repairing servers and networks.
• Assist with the installation and removal of data center servers and network equipment.
• Participate in directed project work within the data center.
• Collaborate with global teams in Seattle, the UK, India, and China to ensure optimal data center operations.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Associate's program in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Electronic Engineering, with expected graduation in 2026.
• Basic knowledge of computer or networking hardware.
• Ability to follow well-defined technical standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex issues.
• Ability to read and write in English to explain simple facts.
• Familiarity with server hardware maintenance and data center operations is preferred.
• Experience working in a large team and awareness of data center safety and security.
