Data Center Technical Support Engineering Operations Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Provide technical support for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Assist in root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Help troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within internal SLA.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures during work.
• Support senior employees in daily tasks and activities.
• Follow up on technical support for daily maintenance and management of electrical and HVAC systems.
• Assist in analyzing causes of system and equipment failures.
• Aid in troubleshooting equipment and cabinets to meet SLA requirements.
• Perform daily work in accordance with company safety regulations.
• Assist senior engineers in completing daily operation and maintenance technical support work.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Have an interest in data center electrical, mechanical, control system technology, and operation management.
• Understand basic computer/network concepts and terms.
• Possess strong self-study capabilities.
• Be available for at least 3 working days per week as an intern for a minimum of 3 months.
• Have CET 4 or similar English proficiency.
• Be graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Be eager to learn about data center electrical, HVAC, control systems, and infrastructure operation and maintenance management.
• Understand basic network knowledge.
• Have excellent self-study and comprehension abilities.
• Be pursuing a certification or degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field.
