Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Provide technical support for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Assist in root cause analysis of equipment failures.
- Help troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within internal SLA.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures during work.
- Support senior employees in daily tasks and activities.
- Follow up on technical support for daily maintenance and management of electrical and HVAC systems.
- Assist in analyzing causes of system and equipment failures.
- Aid in troubleshooting equipment and cabinets to meet SLA requirements.
- Perform daily work in accordance with company safety regulations.
- Assist senior engineers in completing daily operation and maintenance technical support work.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have an interest in data center electrical, mechanical, control system technology, and operation management.
- Understand basic computer/network concepts and terms.
- Possess strong self-study capabilities.
- Be available for at least 3 working days per week as an intern for a minimum of 3 months.
- Have CET 4 or similar English proficiency.
- Be graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
- Be eager to learn about data center electrical, HVAC, control systems, and infrastructure operation and maintenance management.
- Understand basic network knowledge.
- Have excellent self-study and comprehension abilities.
- Be pursuing a certification or degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field.
