About the team:
The Amazon Cloud Computing Regional Market Development Team aims to ensure the perfect connection between Amazon Cloud Computing and potential users with the most professional consulting and the most excellent customer experience. It is a department that provides a window for external technical business development for Amazon Cloud Computing. The scope of responsibilities covers global customer cloud computing service technical consulting as well as regional business operations and process optimization.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Master all customer development KPIs
Conduct in-depth customer exploration and communication according to existing marketing activities, target customer lists and industries, understand cloud computing needs, and solve some technical and business problems encountered by customers
Clearly express the value positioning of Amazon cloud computing services and related customer cases, and understand the commonly used Amazon cloud computing architecture and solutions
Work closely with relevant personnel in various departments to achieve the established activity goals and ensure customer satisfaction
Assist department managers in planning, work plans, summarization, etc. in their respective regions
Propose feasible improvement suggestions and lead their completion
Responsible for supporting abnormal situation handling and other work
About You
Basic Qualifications:
Graduated in 2025, bachelor's degree or above, major not limited
Proactive, willing to learn new knowledge
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, CET6 or above
Can intern for at least six months
Preferred Qualifications:
Science and engineering background is preferred
Great enthusiasm for high-tech and Internet industries
Pay attention to details, work rigorously, and have strong oral and written communication skills
