About the Team:
Amazon Web Services is growing rapidly, and it is looking for a Logistics Specialist Intern to join the expanding Infrastructure Operations team. Amazon is currently expanding its infrastructure technical support management team and is looking for college students with high potential to support the procurement and supply chain operations.
Job Description:
Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to multitask and operate in a very fast-paced complex environment, meet deadlines, and a commitment to Operational Excellence
Responsibilities can include manual tasks such as assembling, addressing, stamping, and arranging for the shipment of merchandise and materials
They may also assist in daily scheduling of deliveries and pick-ups to and from production locations
In handling incoming shipments, they may have to unpack boxes and verify the contents
The Logistic Specialist Intern will be required to keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of the company
Job responsibilities include providing technical support for the following projects:
Physical management of usual and project parts in the Data Center, including receiving, shelf management, cycle count, etc.
Provide technical support for the System receiving process of relevant parts in the Data Center
RMA process, including returning, changing, tracking, etc.
Seed stock management
5S management
Make an optimization plan for the parts room
Analyze and optimize the working process of warehouse management
About you

Graduating between December 2024 and August 2025
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar disciplines

Moreover, Amazon internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 consecutive weeks, in Summer 2023. This position requires the intern to report to work onsite daily.
