People Experience & Technology (PXT) Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining PXT data tools and dashboards.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Interfacing with HRBPs/HRPs, gathering requirements, and developing complex analytics models and data sets for deep dive.
• Identifying the data quality issues across the various platforms at Amazon.
• Design and build data visualization tools to provide scalable solutions for metrics reporting. 
• Partnering with HRBPs/HRPs to build analytical solutions.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw PXT insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Obsession with quality and customer experience
• Attention to detail coupled with the ability to think abstractly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, being a fast learner, and having the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience using very large datasets.
• Ability to manage a project from scoping requirements through its launch.
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with both technical and non-technical customers in order to articulate technical challenges and solutions to complex problems, and understand ambiguous problems.
