Your role

Job Description:

Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product & program managers, and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion goals. Amazon is seeking some highly motivated individuals who are interested in improving the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale to join in China.

Scope of Work:

• Support sales on client onboarding process and issue-solving
• Centralize and collect data from the Sales
• Be required to produce reports and presentations on progress within the department
• Outline any developed strategies to improve per sales management request
• Support daily Salesforce operation case
• Seller's contract management (contract valid control, handling invalid contracts, etc.)
• Credit and pricing support every month

About you

Basic Qualifications:

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good command of English, at least CET-4
• Computer skills
• Using MS Office applications
• BA skills
• Learning Agility

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
• Highly proficient in Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, SQL
