Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Supports event planning and logistics for recruitment and leadership training.
• Develops skills in candidate screening and assessment.
• Assists in streamlining application processes from various channels.
• Proposes innovative ways to enhance the candidate experience.

About You

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, economics, social sciences, humanities, or related fields, with graduation between Oct 2025 and Sep 2026.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-driven mindset with analytical and innovative capabilities.
• Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
• Enthusiasm and personal drive.
