Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Supports event planning and logistics for recruitment and leadership training.
- Develops skills in candidate screening and assessment.
- Assists in streamlining application processes from various channels.
- Proposes innovative ways to enhance the candidate experience.
About You
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, economics, social sciences, humanities, or related fields, with graduation between Oct 2025 and Sep 2026.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-driven mindset with analytical and innovative capabilities.
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
- Enthusiasm and personal drive.
