Technical Program Manager Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Manage, analyze, and report team compliance for process adherence and data accuracy.
• Facilitate cross-team and vendor communication, creating status reports and risk analyses.
• Develop governance and compliance processes across multiple teams.
• Report business risks to senior leadership through trend analysis.
• Collaborate with technical and design teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Support and improve existing products with measurable impact.
• Travel 5% within the China region.

About You

Candidates should possess the following:

• Fluency in Mandarin for speaking, writing, and reading.
• Enrollment in a bachelor's or higher degree program in CS, EE, Math, or Business Administration.
• Pre-final year status in a Bachelor or Master course.
• Preferred enrollment in a Master's degree or higher, fluency in English, and experience with project management software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, SaaS technologies, and Agile Development.
• Self-motivated with a passion for innovation and process improvement.
