Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Conduct studies on ICP Plasma to enhance PVD coating adhesion.
- Perform stress characterization on glass and metal surfaces.
- Use COMSOL for modeling PVD deposition on 3D surfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve coating processes.
- Analyze data and contribute to performance-enhancing reports.
- Assist in developing new coating materials and processes.
About You
The ideal candidate is:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Available for a full-time internship (6–12 months).
- Experienced in PVD thin film deposition and characterization methods.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills.
- Preferably pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. with a focus on materials science or related areas.
- Familiar with PVD, plasma physics, and coating deposition technologies.
- Skilled in programming and simulation tools like COMSOL and MATLAB.
- Passionate about innovation and advanced manufacturing technologies.
