Cost Manager Graduate (Start ASAP)

Your Role

To deliver the best possible outcomes from investment and expenditure, to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need.

Deliver the most outstanding results in investment and cost control, and ensure the sustainability of business development and customer satisfaction required by business under standardized operating procedures.

Role Responsibilities:

• Complete cost and construction tasks under the management of senior team members
• Provide professional support for project management and other delegated tasks
• Gain experience from senior team members and learn how to apply it to yourself
• Master the knowledge and skills required for cost services through the business areas of cost and business
• Complete tasks promptly and accurately

About You

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Have mechanical, electrical, civil, quantity surveying or other related qualifications
• Ideally a recognized degree which is eligible for RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Proficient in computer applications
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage tasks and derive conclusions
• Positive attitude, able to proactively identify work needs
• Ability to ensure confidentiality of work information at all times
• Flexible attitude
• Ability to manage priorities
• Strong team spirit
• Integrity and honesty
