People Service Asia - Internship (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Collaborate with People Ops Advisors and local HR to deliver top-notch services to internal customers.
• Innovate administrative processes with creativity and receive team support as needed.
• Organize logistics for new hire onboarding, including greeting, office tours, document preparation, and coordination with support functions.
• Manage hardcopy documents and system administration tasks, such as contract renewals and talent program management.
• Support regular and ad hoc reporting by following the people service workflow.
• Facilitate regular training sessions with local HR, handling logistics and employee inquiries.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and customer orientation.
• An optimistic and open-minded approach to routine operations.
