Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
- Gain proficiency in the engineering process to optimize product outcomes in terms of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to prepare data and configuration files based on project documents and requirements.
- Assist in validating Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Learn how to write technical reports, procedures, and documentation to support project work.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations and standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to enhance engineering practices.
- Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.
About You
Ideal candidates will:
- Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or a related field.
- Have maintained a GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country.
- Be fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
- Be able to relocate for the duration of the internship (locations vary).
- Be legally entitled to work within the country of application without sponsorship or time restrictions.
Training & Development
Interns will receive coaching and mentoring, supported by a buddy and manager, to complete assignments and develop skills.
