LEAD - Field Engineer (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Serve as the primary interface between on-site teams and clients.
• Lead crews to ensure proper installation, maintenance, and startup of equipment.
• Coordinate with crew members and liaise with customers and Operations Managers.
• Solve complex technical problems at the rig site.
• Manage equipment and product logistics to and from well sites.
• Support tenders with data analysis, cost estimates, and invoicing.
• Engage in job shadowing to gain a comprehensive business understanding.

About You

Ideal candidates will:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or similar, obtained within the last 36 months.
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
• Be fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Be legally entitled to work in the application country without sponsorship.
• Possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, numerical, data analysis, and project management abilities.
