Job Responsibilities
- Organize company activities (e.g. teambuilding)
- Assist communication content creation, taking photos, and videos, and writing newsletters
- Assist office supplies purchasing and management
- Coordinate with external service providers for quotation, routine invoice payment
- Office environment management and maintenance
- Other administration-related works and tasks required by the supervisor
What We Expect
- College students (senior grade is preferred) or graduate students majoring in Business Administration or English or German
- Work 3-5 days a week, could last 6 months
- Familiar with office software
- Fluent in written English is a must
- Fluent in spoken German or English is preferred
