Main Tasks

  • Take full responsibility for introducing new products and product transfer in the EPC plant
  • Take the lead to optimize process parameters to improve product quality and y.ield
  • Be reasonable for OpEx and management of change
  • Maintain the technical document and timely update of it.

Requirements

  • Master's degree, major in chemical process/chemical engineering/Polymer chemistry
  • Understand process technology parameters, chemical reaction principles, etc
  • Good English both writing and speaking
