Main Tasks
- Take full responsibility for introducing new products and product transfer in the EPC plant
- Take the lead to optimize process parameters to improve product quality and y.ield
- Be reasonable for OpEx and management of change
- Maintain the technical document and timely update of it.
Requirements
- Master's degree, major in chemical process/chemical engineering/Polymer chemistry
- Understand process technology parameters, chemical reaction principles, etc
- Good English both writing and speaking
