Main Tasks
- Support the daily operation of sample import/export/domestic and certificate applications, including:
- Distribution of sample orders
- Report downloading and uploading
- Declaration documents preparation
- Data maintenance in the sample management system
Requirements
- Preferred Internship Period – one year /at least 6 months
- Intern attendance per week – 5 days preferred
- Education - College degree or above, preferred in international trade, logistics, supply chain
- Technical Skills - good written English and skills in Excel, word
- Is working experience needed – not mandatory
- Other requirements (if any) – good communication skills are preferred
