Main Tasks
Detailed Scheduling:
- Based on the rough cut plan, develop & update & optimize production scheduling and RM planning regularly.
- Fully utilize planning tool and SAP / APO build-in planning interface to monitor, review, and drive improvements in production plan reliability and supply accuracy.
- Schedule finitely planned process orders and optimize under consideration of various constraints such as asset utilization, inventory targets, material availability dates, and costs. Keep the system accurate, updated, and clean.
- Monitor plant idle rate and costs; alert and maintain downtime.
- Manage PR process for raw material/package, follow up delivery status (packed) to enable production run as scheduled. Coordinate and problem-solve with Production, QA&QC, and Purchasing to smooth RM/package supply. Manage related NCs.
Master Data Management:
- Check and monitor BOM and recipe accuracy, initiate change requests once necessary or updates required
- Interface with SLO/PD on system maintenance for MES/EWM.
- Responsible for raw material-related master data creation and maintenance, including RACE application
Inventory Management:
- Review & adjust safety stock according to demand fluctuation and vendor delivery reliability. Monitor material movement to reduce aging/dysfunction stock; Continuously optimize stock to keep inventory at healthy level
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, major is in Chemical Related, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Good communication in both English and Mandarin
