Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Supports office administration, including customer visits, transportation arrangements, and meeting/workshop preparations.
- Provides daily business support for project managers, such as document preparation and sample delivery/receiving.
- Completes other tasks as assigned by department managers, senior managers, or project managers.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, internal combustion engine, or a related field.
- A cooperative, diligent, goal-oriented, and hardworking nature.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience working in a multinational enterprise is preferred.
- At least six months of internship experience.
