• Research on permanent magnet synchronous/synchronous reluctance motor control algorithm
• Control loop parameter optimization and tuning
• Motion control mode planning and design

• Master's degree or above, major in electrical transmission, motor, automation, and related fields
• High sense of responsibility, self-management ability, and proactive learning ability
• Good communication, expression, and understanding skills
• CET-6 or above, excellent English writing and speaking skills
