Position Highlights
You will work with internal and external technical teams and HR professionals at Bosch to design, develop and optimize digital solutions for HR business to improve efficiency

Main Responsibilities
Participate in the demand analysis, design and development of human resource management system
Assist in optimizing existing HR business processes and propose digital improvement plans
Act as product manager for existing digital products and manage product lifecycles
Optimize existing data reporting automation solutions through digital tools
Conduct relevant technical research and explore the application of AI, RPA and other technologies in the field of HR digitalization
Assist in writing technical documentation and training materials, and provide technical support and training to employees
Job Requirements
College students majoring in computer science, software engineering, information technology or related majors
Familiar with Python, RPA, Power BI, Power Apps and other tools, with good programming skills
Have a strong interest in digital technology and human resource management, and those with relevant internship or project experience are preferred
Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to work with multiple teams
Positive attitude, strong learning and problem-solving abilities
