Infrastructure Assistance Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Inventory management of laboratory materials and data entry
• Organizing warehouse, including inventory, repair, and scrap parts
• Inputting inventory data into the spare parts management system
• Preparing purchase quotation sheets for spare parts
• Facilitating item transfers between factories
• Handling daily office item receipts
• Assisting with company activities

About You

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Full-time availability for at least a 6-month internship
• Enrollment in college or undergraduate programs, preferably in mechanics, electronics, or automation
• Proficiency in computer and Office software
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, meticulousness, responsibility, and strong stress resistance
• Basic understanding of English
