Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Assist the project manager with pre-acceptance, final acceptance, release, and capacity increase of new machines and equipment.
- Prepare quality documents, including potential failure mode and effect analysis, control plans, and work instructions, in line with company policies and regulations.
- Adhere to the Bosch Production System (BPS) philosophy.
- Implement quality tools in the workshop, such as statistical process control and error proofing.
- Comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations and procedures.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Industrialization Project Manager.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
- Systematic thinking, strong analytical skills, and logical reasoning abilities.
- Proficiency in oral and written English communication.
- Strong cooperation skills and the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with PowerBI and Python is preferred.
- A willingness to accept challenges.
