Job Description

• Cross-departmental coordination: Coordinate the process department and expert team to promote the formulation and effective implementation of standardized process flow.
• Process standard formulation: Lead the formulation of core process standards, organize relevant training, implement improvement measures, and ensure the smooth implementation of process standards.
• Production support: Provide technical support for process problems in production, participate in problem analysis, and promote solutions to ensure efficient operation of the production line.

We want you to

• Priority will be given to applicants with a background in mechanical design and automation, but all undergraduate students interested in the field of manufacturing can apply.
• Graduated from 211 or 985 universities with, a master's degree or above.
• Excellent English proficiency, able to read and write relevant technical documents proficiently, CET6 and above.
• Possess basic engineering knowledge and understanding, and be able to quickly adapt to process-related work tasks.
• Proficient in using office software (such as Microsoft Office) and able to efficiently process files and organize data.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong learning ability, able to quickly master new knowledge and adapt to new work content.
• Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with others.
• Able to intern for at least three months.
• Work location: No. 26, Lixiang Middle Road, Xingsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changsha
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:45 pm, weekends off

Job Salary and Benefits

• Undergraduates: 2,000 yuan per month, Masters: 2,500 yuan per month, Strategic Intern: 4,800 yuan per month
