Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Support project tracking, installation, and release of new test equipment.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and communication instruments like CANoe, oscilloscopes, and RF signal generators.
- Manage test process changes, including engineering changes, new projects, and updates.
- Assist in test management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Enhance test defect rates and optimize test procedures.
- Analyze test data and lead improvement projects using Industry 4.0 tools.
- Collaborate with R&D and international colleagues on tasks and progress.
- Support final acceptance of test equipment and modifications.
- Conduct failure analysis of product defects.
- Handle other assigned special tasks.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Master’s degree in electronics, focusing on electronic information and communication.
- Preferably, experience in automotive electronics testing or related fields.
- Knowledge of SoC, MCU, ASIC, CAN, Ethernet, QNX, AUTOSAR, Android systems, basic PLC, and automation.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methods, statistics, and 6-Sigma.
Compensation & Benefits
The role offers a salary of 4180 yuan/month for daily internships, with a 13 yuan meal allowance per working day. The company cafeteria provides diverse and affordable meals. Free shuttle bus services are available in the Changzhou Wujin area for convenient commuting.
