Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Conduct thermal testing of semiconductor electronic components, including Rth thermal resistance and power cycling tests.
- Perform simulation modeling of test data and parameter calibration.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- A background in science or engineering with strong practical skills.
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic components, particularly IGBT and MOSFET.
- An undergraduate degree (a graduate degree is preferred).
- Proficiency in English for reading and writing reports.
- A preference for laboratory work; male candidates are preferred.
