Your role

Chevron China is seeking applications for interns who share its culture of inclusion, collaboration, and performance. You will have substantial responsibilities and extensive experience including but not limited to the following:

• Manage work orders – work order distribution, collection, and analysis. Opportunity to lead or co-facilitate digital initiative on work order management.
• Support engineers in updating procedures – learn how systematic procedures play a key role in supervising daily work.
• Manage MOC documents and MOC progress tracking.
• Organize team meetings, record meeting minutes, and track actions.
• Support payment request workflow – verify cost element and invoice, track payment progress against the signed contracts & service orders.
• Responsible for updating department bulletins which include project, mechanical, and instrumentation.

Training & development
