Low transparency in the system. Have to really drive the direction which seems doable to make your way but requires more effort than it could. Mainly older people are up in the ranks. You'll never see a young person in leadership in comparison to tech companies. Young is like 35-40.

In the graduate program, promotions are performance based evaluated once a year. Lots of opportunities to try out different roles in the graduate program and ability to apply for roles internally once the grad program is finished,
