Your role

Job responsibilities: 

• Assist in the construction and execution of tools for the entire life cycle of data governance of private equity investment and research databases, including data governance, data operations, and data applications
• Assist project managers in conducting in-depth analysis and mining of internal and external data, building a business indicator system, optimizing data structure, and providing data/report/monitoring support to continuously optimize the business
• Assist in data innovation application research, including AI algorithm, business intelligence, visualization technology research, etc., to explore the innovative value of data elements
• Assist in data governance work, including historical data collation, cleaning, processing, analysis, etc., to master the data production mechanism of each link of fundraising, investment, management, and withdrawal
• Assist in data operation work, including business data verification, lineage analysis, data tagging, indicator tracking, and early warning, etc., investigate cutting-edge data element concepts, and enhance data sensitivity
• Support other related work of the team.

About you

Qualifications:

• Honest, modest, hardworking, and with good moral qualities
• Junior or above in domestic or foreign universities, or graduate students; economics, computer science, data science, finance, finance, mathematics, and other science and engineering majors or compound majors are preferred
• Proficient in common data analysis languages, proficient in Excel, Python, SQL, and other languages ​​and tools, with experience in crawler and AI model tuning is preferred
• Those with relevant internship experience in PE/VC, FA, consulting, industry research, strategy, Internet financial technology, etc. are preferred, and those who understand the primary private equity investment market are preferred
• Having good teamwork spirit and writing skills, and having experience in organizing student unions, clubs, social activities, etc. are preferred
• Only accept offline internships in Beijing (Beijing International Trade Center), can start work as soon as possible, work no less than 4 days a week, at least 3 months (if longer, priority will be given).
