Digitalization / Operations - Project Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Participate in the full-scale operation of the industry-leading private equity industry ecosystem products, including users, products, content, activities, and other operations
• Participate in user operations, assist in completing user demand research, planning brand promotion, planning user acquisition, retention, and other operations
• Participate in content operations, assist in organizing event notices, refining guest key points, daily updates on the integrated media platform, etc.
• Participate in event operations, assist in organizing online activities, support offline salons, write promotional articles, etc.
• Participate in product operations, assist in completing product prototype design, product function iteration, user data analysis, etc.
• Support the team to do other daily work

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Honest, modest, hardworking, with good moral qualities, and focus on ordinary work and enthusiasm for learning
• Juniors and above or graduate students, majoring in Economics, Finance, Computer, Software engineering, New Media, E-Commerce, Applied Psychology, Information Management, and other related majors are preferred, and those with relevant internship experience in the financial technology industry, Internet industry, etc. are preferred
• Have good copywriting skills, strong communication skills, independently consult English materials, dare to think and express independently, and have a certain degree of stress resistance
• Master basic data analysis capabilities, and be able to help product optimization through user data, background data, etc.
• Have a certain degree of creativity
• Be able to adhere to goal orientation, have customer awareness, and complete work steadily
• Proficient in using Excel, PPT, Python, Modao, AIGC, and other tools to complete tasks, and mastering video editing skills is a plus
• Those with organizational and management experience in student unions, clubs, social activities, etc. are preferred
