Human Resources (Training Direction) - Project Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

• Assist in the company's training activities, including preparation, on-site support, and follow-up.  
• Participate in the internal promotion and planning of training projects, such as creating posters, writing tweets, and editing videos.  
• Compile and analyze training data.  
• Undertake other training-related tasks as assigned by the team.

About You 

The ideal candidate will:  

• Be honest, modest, hardworking, and possess good moral character.  
• Be a student with a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in their junior/senior year or a first/second-year graduate student, with a focus on human resources, psychology, education, or journalism.  
• Basic skills in video editing and Office software are required, and experience in copywriting or managing public account tweets is preferred.
• Be proactive, detail-oriented, pragmatic, responsible, and possess strong logical thinking and fast learning abilities.  
• Be available for more than four working days per week and commit to an internship of at least four months, with a preference for long-term interns.
