Your Role

The Human Resources team focuses on enhancing employee development and organizational efficiency through strategic training and support initiatives. 

As a Human Resources Intern, the successful candidate will:

  • Assist with the company's training activities, including preliminary preparation, on-site support, coordination, and follow-up.
  • Participate in the internal publicity and planning of training projects, such as creating posters, writing tweets, and editing videos.
  • Compile and analyze training data.
  • Perform other training-related tasks as assigned by the team.

About You

To apply for this role, candidates must be:

  • Enrolled in a bachelor's degree or above, preferably in human resources, psychology, education, or journalism.
  • Honest, modest, hardworking, with good moral qualities.
  • Proficient in basic video editing and Office software.
  • Able to commit to more than 4 working days per week for at least 4 months, with long-term internships preferred.

Strong candidates will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong logical thinking and learning abilities. Experience in copywriting, public account management, or related fields will be advantageous.

Training, Development & Rotations

During the Human Resources Intern role in the HR Department at CICC, interns will assist with various aspects of training, including preparation, on-site support, and coordination.
