Internet Group Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Assist researchers in conducting industry research, analyzing data, and writing reports.

About You

The ideal candidate should be:

• Honest, modest, hardworking, and have good moral qualities.
• Graduated from college in 2024 or later, preferably students in their senior year or entering graduate school.
• Available full-time for more than 4 days a week, with strong stress resistance, high efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Strong logical expression ability.
• Solid financial foundation, capable of adjusting and building financial models.
• Strong data search ability, with a basic understanding of industry research.
• Preferably experienced in independently completing in-depth reports and with certain research experience in the Chinese Internet industry.
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to organize English minutes within a limited time.
• Internship starts as soon as possible and lasts for at least 6 months, with deep involvement in the work of sell-side researchers.

Training & Development

The Project Intern in Internet Group will receive structured training in industry research frameworks and valuation methods. They will gain hands-on experience with financial modeling and practical tasks, and receive guidance on report writing and presentations. Additionally, they will have ample opportunities to engage with and contribute to English research reports.

Career Progression

Outstanding interns in the Internet Group may have the chance to secure full-time positions at CICC post-internship. Career growth could lead to roles with increased responsibilities within the Research Department or related fields. Long-term progression may include advancement to senior or strategic roles, supported by continuous professional development and performance-driven growth.
