Legal Compliance of Operations Team - Project Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete the access review of clients/counterparties, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of the due diligence information and account opening materials submitted by clients/counterparties
• Assist in the information management of clients/counterparties, and complete the suitability and anti-money laundering review and regulatory reporting of clients
• Assist in the signing of the counterparty's over-the-counter derivatives business agreement
• Assist in the completion of client data collation
• Complete other work and tasks assigned by the department

About you

To apply for this role, you must attain the following:

• Honest, modest, hardworking, and with good moral qualities
• Students majoring in finance or law in domestic or foreign institutions
• Possess certain legal knowledge, and those with suitability and anti-money laundering management experience are preferred
• Work diligently and carefully, have a team spirit, good communication and coordination skills, and a sense of responsibility
• Proficient in using Excel, PPT, Word, and other office software
• Practical, meticulous, conscientious, good at communication, and have good verbal and written expression skills
• Internship for more than 3 months, can work 5 days a week
