Legal Compliance of Operations Team - Project Intern (Start ASAP)

Join our team to manage client access reviews and ensure compliance with due diligence and regulatory standards.

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Complete access reviews for clients/counterparties, ensuring due diligence and accuracy in account opening materials.  
• Assist in managing client/counterparty information, including suitability and anti-money laundering reviews and regulatory reporting.  
• Support the signing of over-the-counter derivatives business agreements with counterparties.  
• Help organize and collate client data.  
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department.

About You

Ideal candidates will possess the following:  

• Integrity, humility, diligence, and strong moral character.  
• Enrollment in finance or law programs at domestic or international institutions. 
• Basic legal knowledge, with preference for experience in suitability and anti-money laundering management.  
• Attention to detail, teamwork, communication, coordination skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.  
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other office software.  
• Practical, meticulous, with strong communication and expression skills.  
• Availability for an internship of more than 3 months, working 5 days a week.
