Party Building Department - Project Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Assist in organizing cultural and sports activities and competitions that are beneficial to the physical and mental health of employees and create a good cultural atmosphere
• Assist in the management, construction, and development of company clubs and associations
• Assist in the management of employee activity venues such as the staff home, cultural and sports venues, and fitness venues
• Assist in the daily work of the Communist Youth League, including the transfer of league member organization relations, league member youth training, league organization construction, etc.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Honest, upright, low-key, and modest, with good moral qualities
• Members of the Communist Party of China, a bachelor's degree or above, and majors in Sociology, Social Work, Sports, etc. are preferred
• Love group work and understand the basic work process
• Have strong communication, organization, and coordination skills
