Your role

Job responsibilities: 

  • Assist in supporting the contract management-related work of the Procurement Department, including contract stamping, printing, archiving, etc.
  • Regularly update and send procurement contract archiving reports
  • Maintain the channels for electronic and physical archiving of procurement contracts
  • Assist in supporting other administrative work of the department

  • Priority will be given to those with majors in finance, archives management, supply chain management, etc.
