Your role

Responsibilities: 

• Develop stock selection factors for the A-share market, conduct in-depth research on multi-factor model systems optimize risk models, etc.
• Develop machine learning and other quantitative investment strategies
• Assist in data maintenance and system maintenance
• Support other work within the group

About you

Qualifications:

• Honest, modest, hardworking, and have good moral qualities
• Master or doctoral students, majoring in finance, mathematics, physics, computer science, etc.
• Proficient in at least one programming language in Python or C++/C, with excellent programming skills and good programming habits, and proficient in Linux system operations
• Those with internship experience in securities companies, fund companies, quantitative private equity, or with accounting foundation are preferred
• Interested in data analysis, have their ideas, have a strong team spirit, and have good communication and problem-solving skills
