Development and research of quantitative strategy indexes, including but not limited to multi-asset factor strategies, global asset allocation strategies, statistical arbitrage strategies and option strategies, etc.
Assist in the backtest analysis of multi-asset strategies, write regular analysis reports, assist in irregular strategy and market research support (including global stock indices, interest rates and commodities), etc.
Assist in the promotion and trading of quantitative strategy indices and their linked derivatives, write and update promotional materials, etc.

About You
Honest, modest, hardworking, and with good moral character
Bachelor and master students, majors in finance, economics, financial engineering, mathematics, science and engineering are preferred
Four days or more a week, 3-6 months, long-term internship is preferred
Proficient in Python and SQL language, with good programming habits
Master the basic knowledge of financial products, especially derivatives or options
Meticulous and patient, down-to-earth, proactive, and responsible
Proficient in Office related office software
Good communication and teamwork skills.
