Recruitment and Employer Branding Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• On-site support for campus activities, assisting in the early preparation and execution of various activities
• On-site support for employer brand video shooting, including the preparation, arrangement, and organization of materials
• Human resources data entry and preliminary analysis
• Signing and archiving of the tripartite agreement for campus recruitment, as well as some Q&A during the signing process of the tripartite agreement
• Project material management and statistics, etc.

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Honest, modest, hardworking, and with good moral character
• Students with experience in new media or copywriting are preferred
• Good analytical skills, proficient in information collection and analysis skills
• Good project execution and organizational coordination skills, with experience in planning and implementing employer branding or campus recruitment projects, preferred
• Good teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast learning ability
• Good at using Excel, such as Vlookup, pivot, etc.
