Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

• Research global macro hedging and asset allocation strategies.  
• Utilize machine learning and natural language models in research projects.  
• Investigate China's pension system reform.  
• Collaborate with the research team to analyze market trends and strategies.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:  

• Honest, modest, hardworking, and of good moral character.  
• A college student, junior or above, with preference for those graduating in summer 2024/2025.  
• Experience in macro or market analysis, web crawling, and natural language analysis programming is preferred.  
• Available for at least 3 months, committing to at least 4 working days per week. 
• Detail-oriented, with strong learning abilities and a passion for market strategy research.  
• Proficient in reading English literature.  
• A PhD in economics, artificial intelligence, finance, or computer science is preferred.
