Your role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Assist in the valuation and pricing research and industry research of public REITs and overseas REITs
• Assist in the trading strategy research of public REITs and major asset classes
• Assist in the fundamentals and industry research of ABS
• Complete other related support work

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Honest, modest, hardworking, and with good moral qualities
• Undergraduate or graduate students, graduating in 2026 or later, with excellent academic performance, and a strong background in economics, finance, mathematics, and computers
• Good financial analysis ability, stress resistance, interpersonal skills, communication skills, independent thinking ability, and innovative spirit
• Familiar with programming tools such as Python

Don't worry about being stuck in this position. After the internship, students with outstanding performance will have the opportunity to obtain full-time employment. Moreover, the internship time is guaranteed or at least 3 days a week, at least 3 months, and those who can intern for more than 6 months will be given priority.
